Govind Balu

Govind Balu has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Govind is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at QuaXigma since February 2020. Prior to this, Govind held the role of Interim Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Roadside Protect, Inc. starting from June 2022.

Before their current positions, Govind worked at various prominent companies. Govind was the Senior Director of CVS ExtraCare® Customer Loyalty and Personalization Analytics at CVS Health from February 2019 to February 2020. Govind also served as the Chief Analytics Officer for Enterprise Digital Transformation at AXIS Capital from August 2018 to February 2019.

During their tenure with Allstate from April 2015 to July 2018, Govind held the position of Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Allstate® Roadside Service (Fleet). Govind was responsible for developing the technology for the "Uber of Roadside Assistance."

Prior to Allstate, Govind was the Head of Enterprise Big Data and Advanced Analytics - Customer Digital Analytics at Walgreens from March 2014 to April 2015. Govind also served as the VP and Sr. Manager of Customer Data Platform, Analytics, and Insights at Bank of America from June 2009 to March 2014.

Before joining Bank of America, Govind served as the Senior Manager of Application Development and Business Intelligence for Treasury Capital Management at LaSalle Bank/Bank of America from June 1999 to May 2009. Govind began their career at QAD, where they held the role of Application Development Lead for Global ERP Solutions.

Govind Balu's career started in 1994 as an Application Developer for Financial Management Solutions at Maruthi Systems in Bangalore, India.

Govind Balu has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Govind also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University.
