Roxanna Niknam, MS, RDN, is a dedicated Clinical Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and dietetics. Since July 2016, Roxanna has been employed at Queens Boulevard Extended Care. Prior to this role, Roxanna completed various dietetic internships, including positions at Highfield Gardens Care Center, Queens College, the Food Services Group & Nutrition, FamilyCook Productions, and Public Health Solutions-Neighborhood WIC. Roxanna also has a strong foundation in community outreach as evidenced by volunteer work at Cohen Children's Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queens College, complemented by a Dietetic Internship.
