Cynthia Palacios

Cynthia Palacios, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Lead Recruiter at Quest Diagnostics since August 2021. Prior to this role, Cynthia was a Lead Regional Recruiter for Peoplescout-Bridgestone from July 2018 to September 2021 and held the position of Senior Recruiter at Citi from August 2015 to July 2018. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology/Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.
