Andy Schultz

Andy Schultz is an experienced design leader with a robust background in product design, UX content, and UX research. Serving as the Director of Design at QuillBot since January 2020, Andy has built and manages a 20-person team that has significantly contributed to the company's growth as a global paraphrasing leader. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at QuillBot, where Andy was instrumental in creating the company's foundational design practices during its expansion from six to 190 employees, and roles at prominent companies such as ADT, Walgreens, Sears, and Redbox, each focusing on enhancing user experience and driving product innovation. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Design Planning and Research from the Institute of Design and has cultivated expertise in integrating design thinking and user-centric approaches across diverse industries.
