Karen Martin

Karen Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Karen is currently a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Quorum Software, where they are responsible for the successful delivery of software development and new service management projects in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, they spent over 20 years at IBM, holding various roles such as Senior Program Manager, IT Initiatives Manager, Network Portfolio Manager, IT Strategy Manager, Senior Business Solutions Manager, Business Solutions Manager, Project Coordinator, Onsite Support, and Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Karen has led numerous IT and transformation programs, resulting in productivity improvements, financial process improvements, and operational excellence. Karen has also played a key role in driving cultural and Agile transformations within organizations. Karen's expertise lies in delivering multi-platform IT solutions and leading teams to achieve project success.

Karen Martin attended Federation University Australia from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the IBM Design Thinking Badge from IBM in August 2018, the IBM Agile Achiever certification from IBM in July 2017, and the IBM Senior Project Manager certification from IBM in January 2014.
