Barry Smalley CIWFM has extensive experience in facilities and maintenance management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Maintenance Manager at Qwest Services since June 2015. Prior to this role, Barry worked as a Maintenance Manager for Cheshire from April 2009 to June 2015, overseeing a team of nine maintenance officers and managing major building contracts. Barry's career also includes a tenure as Facilities Manager at Ellesmere Port & Neston Council from November 1999 to April 2009, leading a team of thirteen maintenance officers and delivering annual maintenance programs. Educational qualifications include a BIFM Part 1 from the British Institute of Facilities Management, a National General Certificate from NEBOSH, and various certifications in building inspection and construction from the Institute of Clerk of Works and Birkenhead Technical College.
