Mandy Grogan

Mandy Grogan is Company Secretary and Governance Counsel of RACV. She is responsible for managing all secretarial and governance issues related to the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining RACV in 2018, Mandy held a variety of senior in-house legal roles across a range of industries and companies including at Mayne Nickless, Rio Tinto, Queensland Sugar and Ameropa Australia.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University. Mandy also holds a Diploma of Applied Finance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
