Agnes Schrijver

Agnes Schrijver has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Agnes currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Radboudumc since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief HR Officer at de Volksbank from May 2018 to November 2022. Agnes also held the role of Group Director of Human Resources at Blokker Holding from April 2012 to May 2018 and Director of Human Resources at de Bijenkorf from May 2007 to April 2012. Before transitioning into leadership positions, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Hay Group from January 2004 to May 2007. Agnes Schrijver began their HR career at Ahold, where they served as the Director of Management Development NL from March 2001 to January 2004 and Director of Human Resources for Stores at Albert Heijn from February 1997 to March 2001. In 2021, they also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Ster.

Agnes Schrijver's education history includes a Master's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they obtained between 1981 and 1986. In addition, they completed a program in Executive Team Coaching at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2016 to 2018. In 2018 and 2019, Agnes Schrijver pursued postgraduate studies, acquiring a degree in Legal Mediation from ADR Instituut and a Supervisory Board Program from Hemingway Professional Governance.
