G. Todd Silva has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. G. Todd began their career at Scudder Investments as a VP, Research Analyst, and Portfolio Manager, conducting original research and making recommendations to fund managers. G. Todd was later promoted to Portfolio Manager and managed a portfolio worth $12 billion. G. Todd then joined Jennison Associates as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, co-managing institutional accounts worth $1.5 billion and launching a mutual fund. Following this, Silva worked at John A. Levin & Co., Inc. as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, overseeing over $10 billion of institutional and high net worth accounts. G. Todd then founded Candlewood Capital Management, where they served as a Founder, Partner, and Portfolio Manager, managing portfolios, formulating investment strategies, and conducting due diligence. Silva later worked at CENTIS LLC as a Principal and Las Olas Capital Partners as an Executive Director, providing advisory services for M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises. G. Todd then founded Silva Partnership & Co., a boutique merchant bank specializing in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate investing, and strategic consulting. Most recently, Silva served as the Chief Financial Officer at Point Pickup, managing the entire finance stack and completing multiple fundings. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Radiance Therapeutics.

G. Todd Silva completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in Government from Lehigh University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance at Columbia Business School, which they completed between 1990 and 1992.

In addition to their formal education, G. Todd Silva also obtained several certifications. One of them is the "Design & Interpretation of Clinical Trials" certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, which was obtained in June 2020. G.
