Laura Troxel

Laura Troxel's work experience begins in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Recreation Leader for the City of Torrance. Laura was promoted within a year and was responsible for supervising Summer Parks programs and developing strategies for program improvement.

In 2015, Laura worked as an Implant Coordinator for the Dental Implants Center of South Bay. Their role involved coordinating implant procedures, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Laura joined SQA Services, Inc. in 2016 and held multiple roles within the company. Laura started as an Associate Development (Recruiter Coordinator), where they sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates for contract positions. Laura also communicated with candidates internationally and coordinated with hiring managers, clients, and internal customers.

After two years, Laura was promoted to Associate Development Manager (Human Resources) at SQA Services, Inc. Their responsibilities included assisting the Director with developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and internal metrics using Excel.

In 2020, Laura briefly worked as a Report Reviewer at SQA Services, Inc. before moving on to their current role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Radiology Partners.

Laura Troxel obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Social Science with an emphasis in Education from the University of Oregon, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they also received an A.S. Dental Assistant degree from Cypress College, where they studied for one year. In 2017, Laura enrolled in the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education and completed a Human Resources Management (HRM) Certification in 2019. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Advanced Excel from Torrance Adult School, although the years of completion for this certification are not provided.
