Matthew Nichols

Matthew Nichols is a quantitative researcher at Radix Trading LLC since June 2022, previously serving as an optical engineer at Apple from October 2021 to May 2022. Matthew gained experience as a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard University between September 2019 and October 2021, and as a graduate student researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from July 2012 to June 2019. Matthew holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics from MIT, obtained in June 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in May 2012.
