Dor Shenkar

Dor Shenkar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Client Portfolio Manager at Netex Corp. In 2014, they joined IBM as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. During this time, they also served as a Tutor and Teachers Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2016, they joined Radware as a Global C&B and HRIS Leader, a position they held until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Global HRIS Manager at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services. In 2021, they joined Kornit Digital as a Global C&B and People Analytics Manager and later moved to Radware as a Global C&B and HRIS Director in 2022.

Dor Shenkar holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics and Management, which was obtained from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Dor completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2014. In 2010, Dor attended the Engineering Preparation School at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, studying Mathematics and Computer Science. The specific degree obtained during this time is unknown.
