Sharon Tham

Sharon Tham serves as a Senior Training Admin at Raffles Hospital, having previously held the position of Deputy Executive - Talent Acquisition Specialist at NKF Singapore. In this role, Sharon managed the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate search and budget tracking, while also coordinating recruitment fairs and liaising with external agencies. Prior to NKF Singapore, Sharon gained experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at Robert Walters and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at IHiS.
