Hannes Cizek has a diverse work experience in the banking industry, including roles at Raiffeisen Capital Management, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG. Hannes started their career as a Corporate Banking Trainee at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG in 2010 and then became a Project Finance Manager from October 2011 to April 2013. Hannes joined Raiffeisen Bank International AG in May 2013 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO until December 2015. From January 2016 to September 2018, they served as the Head of Group Digital Banking at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and then became the Head of Group Strategy from October 2018 to March 2023. Most recently, starting in April 2023, they are the CEO of Raiffeisen Capital Management.
Hannes Cizek's education history includes attending the Landesverteidigungsakademie in 2019 for a Strategic Leadership Course. In 2017, they completed the Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation (LDTI) Programme at INSEAD. From 2005 to 2012, they pursued a Diploma program in International Business at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
