Erko Puusaag

Erko Puusaag is a seasoned professional in infrastructure and project management, currently serving as a Requirement, Configuration and Change Engineer at Rail Baltic Estonia since February 2024. Previous roles include Head of Infrastructure Services Development Department and Project Manager at Transpordiamet - Estonian Transport Administration from April 2017 to December 2023, as well as Project Manager at TECER - Technical Center of Estonian Roads from 2012 to 2016, and at Tallinn City Office from 2009 to 2012. Erko holds a Master of Business Administration in Digital Society from Estonian Business School (2017-2019) and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology (2003-2009).
