Bill Edleman

Bill Edleman has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the ERP Business Application Manager and ERP Business Analyst at Raining Rose, Inc. since April 2014. Prior to this role, Bill worked for Level 3 Communications from 1998 to 2013, where responsibilities included serving as an Operations Engineer and later as an Operations Manager, overseeing the reliability of telecom platforms and managing software certification processes. Earlier experience includes positions as a Software Implementation Specialist at Keane, Inc., a Quality Assurance Analyst at Frontier Communications, and a Customer Support Team Lead at Source Data Systems. Bill holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Mount Mercy University, alongside education from Metropolitan State University of Denver and the American Institute of Commerce.
