Scott Milliren

Scott Milliren is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Rally Point Energy Services since January 2021, Milliren also owns 32 Capital Ventures LLC, which specializes in short-term, small-cap financing and real estate refurbishment. Previous positions include CEO of Bullseye Testing LLC, Founding Board Member and CEO of Commander Oilfield Services LLC, Executive Chairman of OilReco, and Founder of Ranger Energy Services, LLC. Milliren's educational background includes an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
