Lola Rotimi is a Senior Lecturer leading the International Trade Law program at The University of Law since February 2022, focusing on curriculum design and dissertation supervision in commercial law and private equity. As a freelance International Legal Researcher since March 2020, Lola Rotimi conducts research on international law, including trade law and business immigration law. Previous roles include serving as a Legal Officer for the Independent Office for Police Conduct, where involvement in significant police conduct cases took place, and as a Solicitor at Crest Hill Law Office, facilitating negotiations on various legal contracts and advising new businesses. Lola Rotimi has a strong background in corporate immigration law as a Supervisor at Alsters Kelley Solicitors and began legal practice as a Paralegal at Elizabeth Davidge Solicitor. Educational qualifications include an LLM in International Law from American University and a Barrister at Law degree from Nigerian Law School, along with the upcoming Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from The University of Law.
