Keesha Burke-Henderson

Keesha Burke-Henderson is the current Chief Diversity Officer & Director of the Office of Identity, Culture, & Inclusion at Randolph College. Keesha has over 20 years of experience in leadership and communication roles. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Diversity at Mount Mercy University and as a Communication professor at Morehouse College. Keesha has also held the position of Executive Director at the Best Kids-Metro Atlanta YMCA. Keesha Burke-Henderson is a highly effective leader with a passion for diversity and inclusion.

Keesha Burke-Henderson received their Doctor of Philosophy in International Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University's School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development. Keesha also holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the New York Institute of Technology. Her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration and Management, General, from Oglethorpe University.
