Cherry Ann Aldeguer, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Cherry Ann is currently serving as a Human Resources Director at Rani Therapeutics since April 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior to their role at Rani Therapeutics, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at InCube Labs starting from June 2021.

Cherry also served as the Director of Human Resources, Sr. HRBP at Big Joe Handling Systems from April 2017 to September 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Shape Security from November 2016 to March 2017. Cherry Ann also worked as the Director of Human Resources at goBalto, Inc. from 2015 to 2016.

Cherry's human resources career began at Automotive Robotics in 2010, where they held the position of Global Director of Human Resources until 2015. Their vast experience in various HR roles showcases their expertise and dedication to the field.
