In 2017, they worked as an Artificial Intelligence Trainer at Volley AI, where they created cybersecurity training courses. From 2019 to 2023, Guise served as an Advisory Board Member at Silicon Valley Bank and ITSEC Group. In 2020, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at WEBGAP, a cybersecurity platform. Guise also founded several organizations, including DeTy.org, The Roch Society, and Ranked By Roch. Additionally, they have advocated for hacker rights at Hacking is NOT a Crime and chaired the English Breakfast Society since 2012.
