Shane Reeves

Shane Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shane began their career as an Operations Associate at Legg Mason in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Shane then joined ServiceMaster Restore as a General Manager from 2003 to 2007. Shane briefly owned their own company, Cobalt Development Group Inc., from 2007 to 2010. Shane then worked as the Director of Operations at One Call Property Services Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Shane is employed at Rapid Response Team, LLC, where they have held various roles such as Operations Manager from 2013 to 2017, Director of Operations from 2017 to 2021, and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

Shane Reeves has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from Radford University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad Internacional.
