Anastasia Zdoroviak

Anastasia Zdoroviak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at Rappi since April 2023, Anastasia previously held key positions at DoorDash from April 2019 to June 2023, including Director of Customer Experience and Senior Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading customer experience automation and developing the Voice of the Customer program. Prior to DoorDash, Anastasia gained valuable experience at Northwestern University as a Graduate Student in Product Design & Development, and at PwC in advisory roles, managing teams and conducting financial audits. Anastasia's career also includes significant contributions as Marketing Manager at Art Kvartal and as a Marketing Specialist at Peter Art Service. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
