Wei Hao

Wei (Harvey) Hao is an accomplished software and data developer with extensive experience in managing and optimizing large-scale databases and web applications. Currently at Katon Direct since May 2019, notable achievements include enhancing data efficiency, migrating extensive datasets to SnowFlake, and implementing innovative reporting processes. Wei’s academic background features a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Graduate degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Connecticut, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering. Previous projects at academic institutions highlight proficiency in developing full-stack applications, conducting quantitative analysis, and implementing data visualization techniques.
