Darren Schmid, PMP has a strong background in project management and operations. Earlier in their career, Darren worked as a Program Manager at G&B Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for increasing revenue from $35 million to $50 million within a two-year period. Darren managed 13 Task Orders involving 83 contract employees and ensured ISO and CMMI compliance.

Furthermore, Darren has experience as the Managing Partner at Infrastructure Services Unlimited and as the Director of Operations at Comm-Works. Darren has demonstrated proficiency in managing project teams, maintaining communication across projects, negotiating contracts, and implementing efficient processes.

Additionally, Darren served as the Group President at OSP Consultants and as the President of the Wireless Construction Division/Underground Locating Division at OSP Consultants. During their tenure, they successfully implemented methodologies, standards, and best practices to drive corrective and preventative actions. Darren also oversaw project planning, directed activities of multiple crews, and expanded the client base.
