Veronica Jadan

Veronica Jadan has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Veronica started their career as an Assistant Manager at Las Brisas Restaurant in 2009, where they assisted with daily operations and personnel issues. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Store Manager at Talk A Lot Wireless, LLC, overseeing all aspects of store operations and establishing sales goals. Veronica then transitioned to the hospitality industry, serving as an Outlet Supervisor at Royal Dearborn Hotel & Convention Center from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they ensured quality standards, provided training to new employees, and enforced operational policies. Veronica then joined The Edward Hotel and Convention Center as a Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter in 2016, where they conducted recruitment administration and coordinated candidate interviews. In 2016, Veronica moved on to Windsor Machine Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant. Most recently, they held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Ray Electric Supply, responsible for managing health and welfare plans and recruiting employees. In September 2020, Veronica was promoted to the role of Human Resources Director at Ray Electric Supply, where they currently serve.

Veronica Jadan completed their Associate's degree in Management at Henry Ford College in 2016. Veronica then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Eastern Michigan University from 2017 to 2018.
