Ersin Madendere

Ersin Madendere has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Ersin currently serves as the Internal Control and AML Compliance Deputy Manager at Ray Sigorta, a position they have held since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Ray Sigorta as the Claims AntiFraud, Reporting, Performance & Network Deputy Manager from March 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Ray Sigorta, Ersin worked at Sompo Japan Sigorta as a Senior Audit and Compliance Executive from April 2018 to February 2019. Prior to that, they were employed at Güneş Sigorta as an Analyst and Reporting Specialist from June 2016 to March 2018.

Ersin's earlier experience includes roles at Allianz Türkiye, where they worked as a Reporting and Analysis Specialist from May 2014 to June 2016. Ersin also served as an Operation and Reporting Officer at Allianz Türkiye from November 2013 to May 2014.

Ersin's career in the insurance industry began at Eureko Sigorta, where they held the positions of Analysis and Reporting Specialist from May 2011 to November 2013, and Financial Affairs Officer from May 2010 to May 2011.

Ersin Madendere completed their undergraduate education with a degree in Work Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University from 2004 to 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a specialization, obtaining a degree in Foreign Trade and European Union.

After a gap of several years, Ersin Madendere resumed their studies in 2017 and graduated in 2021 from Anadolu University, where they acquired a degree in Management Information Systems with a GPA of 3.0/4.0.

Additionally, Ersin Madendere obtained several certifications related to IBM Cognos, including "IBM Cognos Query Studio" and "IBM Cognos Report Studio: Author Professional Reports Advanced Training" and "IBM Cognos Report Studio: Author Professional Reports Fundamentals Training", all awarded in December 2014.
