Manoj D.

Manoj D. has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and project management roles in the electrical industry. Manoj is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing for the Switch Board Components division of Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., based in Mumbai. Manoj is responsible for both domestic and export markets and is tasked with driving business growth and developing the export market. Prior to this role, Manoj worked in the Tendering team of the International Business department at Raychem RPG - Transformer Division, where they served as the Key Account Manager for the Latin America region. Manoj also had roles in tendering, business development, project management, and relationship management for switchgear products in Latin America and Caribbean markets. Before joining Raychem RPG, Manoj worked at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited as a Deputy Manager in the Tendering department, where they coordinated with the finance team for order execution and was responsible for post-order activities. Manoj also served as an Executive in the Marketing department of the Power Group Export Business department, focusing on order execution for switchgear products in Latin America. Prior to that, Manoj worked at Powerfield Technologies as an Executive in Marketing, primarily responsible for domestic marketing and supporting new business development activities.

Manoj D. has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Manoj also holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from K.K. Wagh Polytechnic, Nashik. For their secondary education, Manoj attended St. Francis High School from 1992 to 1998 and received their ssc degree. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Annamalai University.
