Marcela Andia is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as a Senior Clinical Consultant at Rayen Salud since August 2013, where responsibilities include leading ministerial initiatives and collaborating with MINSAL on various health topics, including Mental Health and Universal Palliative Care, to support digital transformation in healthcare. Prior to this role, Marcela Andia worked as a nurse at HTS from January 1999 to January 2013, gaining extensive clinical experience in Traumatology, Neurology, and Neurorehabilitation. Marcela Andia holds an MBA in Health Administration from Universidad Andres Bello and several diplomas related to health management, quality management, and health informatics from various esteemed institutions.
