Elizabeth Osborne

Elizabeth Osborne is an experienced accounting and human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Since August 2014, Elizabeth has served as the Lead Accountant at RCB Bank. Prior roles include EHS Coordinator and HR/Safety Specialist at PACCAR Winch from December 2011 to August 2014, as well as Human Resources at Aall Care Living Services for a brief period in 2011. Elizabeth started a long tenure at RAE Corporation in 2000, working as a Benefits Specialist and Cost Accountant until 2011. Earlier experience includes managing Accounts Payable at KI BOIS Community Action Foundation, Inc. from 1993 to 2000. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pensacola Christian College, earned from 1985 to 1989, and began the educational journey at Hollidaysburg High School, graduating in 1985.
