John Collison

John Collison is an experienced talent management leader with a robust background in career services, education, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Talent Management Leader at Raleigh-Durham International Airport since September 2021, John focuses on talent strategy, leadership development, and pipeline growth. Prior roles include Director of Career Services at North Carolina State University, where John enhanced professional development within a top-ranked Master's program, and Director of Global Talent Development at Genworth Financial, where John developed comprehensive training strategies for a large workforce. John also served in various leadership capacities at JPMorgan, driving global training and development initiatives. John holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, an MS in Organizational Dynamics, and a MEd in Curriculum Design from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida.
