Sreha Prasad

Sreha Prasad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sreha began their career as an Operational Human Resource Intern at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited in 2019. After that, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Intellipaat, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT profiles, including campus placements. In 2020, they joined Recro as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they matched developers with relevant opportunities at fast-growing startups. Sreha later progressed to roles such as Talent Acquisition Consultant, Team Lead Recruitment, and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition & Delivery Lead at Recro.

Sreha Prasad completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2018. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bangalore University, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Sreha obtained certifications in Sourcing Master Class from RecruitingMonk in April 2021 and in Human Resource from Udemy in November 2019.
