Rachel Sheriff

Rachel Provosty Sheriff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and experience management. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Recurly and Eptura, Rachel has previously held significant roles at LogicMonitor as SVP of Customer Experience and at Accruent as SVP of Global Customer Success and Strategic Renewals. Rachel's career includes leadership positions at Bazaarvoice as Managing Director of Customer Success and a graduate of the Vista Equity Partners HPLP 2022 Cohort. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
