Travis Thorpe

Travis Thorpe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Travis began their career at Marchex, Inc as a Sr Data Analysis and Management in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Travis then moved on to OrangeSoda, Inc where they served as the CTO from 2006 to 2009, focusing on PPC management and SEO. In 2009, Travis founded Boostability, a successful company that grew to over 500 employees with an annual revenue of over $30 million. Travis sold a majority ownership of Boostability in 2014. Travis later served as an Advisor at Lava Surf from 2017 to 2018, providing software solutions for managing social media and reviews. Travis also worked as a Strategic Partner & Product Development at Buy Box Experts, which eventually merged with Nozani and was sold to Spreetail.com from 2017 to 2019. In 2022, Travis joined SEO.com as a Strategic Advisor until 2023. Currently, they are the President of Business Development at RedCanyonMedia and the Vice President of Business Development at Lift My Rank, both companies offering SEO and content services.

Travis Thorpe attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1990 to 1992 but did not earn a degree. Travis then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Weber State University from 1992 to 1995.
