Marissa Andersson, M.Ed. CTDP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Board Chair for the Red Door Family Shelter, Marissa is committed to supporting women and children affected by domestic violence and other crises. At The Home Depot Canada, Marissa holds multiple roles including Board Member, Senior Manager of Leadership Development & Learning Delivery, and Co-Chair of the Orange Pride Associate Resource Group, emphasizing inclusivity and community support. Previously, Marissa worked at TD Bank as a Senior Learning Business Partner and Senior Manager of Leadership Development, focusing on strategic talent development. Marissa’s educational background includes a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and advanced certifications in adult education and mental health leadership.
