Emil Shemer has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Emil started their career as a Food Scientist at Menu Magic Foods / North American Laboratories in 1990 and worked there until 1995. Emil then joined Diamond Crystal Specialty Products as a Product Development Manager from 1995 to 1998. Shemer then moved on to Sensient Flavors LLC, where they held multiple roles from 1998 to 2008, including Applications Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Category Manager. Emil then worked at Sensient Technologies Corporation as the Director of Food Solutions from 2008 to 2012. Emil continued their career at Heartland Food Products Group as the Senior Director of Innovation from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Shemer works as the Director of Product Development at Red Gold since 2015.
