Cindy Chau-Ramirez

Cindy Chau-Ramirez, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Reporting at Red Lobster since August 2019. Additionally, Cindy has been the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Corporate Capital Trust, a $4.0 billion business development company, since April 2015, and the Director of Financial Reporting at CNL Financial Group since June 2011. Cindy previously held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Hilton Grand Vacations from December 2016 to August 2019, and has extensive experience in financial reporting roles at CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc., Destuche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, and Choice Logistics. Cindy earned a degree in accounting from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
