Ed Jackson

Ed Jackson is an experienced OSS manager with a strong background in IT operations management. Since July 2014, Ed has been responsible for managing the OSS team and systems at Redcentric Plc, where the team focuses on mission-critical IT operations applications. Prior to Redcentric, Ed served as OSS Manager at InTechnology PLC from May 2005 to July 2014, developing OSS strategy and enhancing product offerings. Earlier career experience includes working as an OSS Engineer at Virgin Media, where Ed developed telephony monitoring systems, and as a Support Technician at SEMA Group.
