Steve Kirkpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Steve started their career at Loop Commerce as a Quality Assurance Intern while in college and continued working part-time remotely until graduation. Steve then transitioned to a full-time role as a UI Automation Engineer at Loop Commerce, where they excelled and taught himself Javascript to enhance their performance.

In 2017, Steve joined Anodot as a Solutions Engineer, where they worked closely with the US Sales Team to provide solutions and services to potential customers. Steve demonstrated strong technical skills in SQL, Unix, and Python for data manipulation during Proof of Concept (PoC) processes. Steve also built internal tools, including a browser extension, to streamline team workflows and sales enablement. Steve engaged with C-level executives of Fortune 500 and SMB companies to understand their business issues and offer tailored solutions.

Currently, Steve is employed at Redis, starting as an Enterprise Technical Account Manager in 2020. Steve then advanced to the position of Team Lead Enterprise Customer Success West in February 2022, where they continue to excel in providing customer success and leading a team.

Throughout their career, Steve has consistently demonstrated their technical abilities and strong customer focus.

Steve Kirkpatrick earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Northern Arizona University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
