Jodi Cohen

Jodi Cohen, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience with various roles in human resources, management, and education. Jodi currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Redwood Oil Company, Inc. and has experience in automating onboarding functions, administering payroll and benefits enrollment, and coaching employee development as a Human Resources Manager at United Markets. Jodi has also worked as a General Manager and Owner at Sonoma Cutlery, where they implemented processes to boost business success and trained employees in retail sales and customer service. In addition, they have held positions as a Human Resources Director at Wolff Contracting, an After School Program Director at Kid Street Charter School, and a Training Specialist at Graton Resort & Casino.
