Tom Willerer

Tom Willerer is an experienced executive and advisor in product management and venture capital. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Entrepreneur in Residence at Reforge, Tom has also held roles as Venture Advisor at New Enterprise Associates and as an investor/advisor for early-stage startups. Previous leadership positions include Chief Product Officer at Opendoor, where Tom guided the company through its IPO, and Chief Product Officer at Coursera, overseeing product management and operations. Tom's career began at Starcom, where significant contributions included managing a team of analysts and co-authoring a pioneering study on Internet advertising. Tom holds a Business degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master’s degree in New Media Studies from DePaul University.
