Maureen White

Maureen White has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. Maureen currently serves as the Interim President of Refugees International, where they have been since 2022. Additionally, they are a Board Member of Refugees International since 2017.

In the past, Maureen held the position of Senior Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in the Foreign Policy Institute. Maureen was also a Board Member of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), Women's Foreign Policy Group, American Academy in Her, International Rescue Committee, Center for Global Development, and International Women's Health Coalition.

Prior to their roles in these organizations, they worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Advisor on Humanitarian Issues from 2009 to 2013. Maureen also served as the National Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee from 2001 to 2006.

Maureen White's education history includes a degree from Mount Holyoke College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government.
