Ana Rodriguez

Ana Rodriguez, Ed.D., serves as the Programs Manager for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading program delivery, implementing a skills assessment system, and directing volunteer committees. Prior to this role, Ana worked as the Director of Training at SourceAmerica from May 2009 to February 2015, overseeing a comprehensive training program that included numerous instructor-led sessions and e-learning courses. Additionally, Ana held the position of Director of Training at NACAC from September 2007 to January 2009, where initiatives led to a significant increase in membership retention and event participation by enhancing training programs for professionals in the education sector. Ana earned an Ed.D. in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
