Samuel Gasner

Samuel Gasner is an experienced culinary and operations professional with a strong background in kitchen management and fleet management. Currently serving as Dispatcher/Sales/Fleet Management at Regalis Foods since January 2023, Samuel oversees the delivery of goods and fleet maintenance. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Crew, where Samuel successfully launched multiple seasonal venues, and Head Chef at FASANO, managing the culinary operations for a private Brazilian club. Samuel's extensive kitchen experience spans multiple leadership positions, including overseeing kitchen management at East One Coffee Roasters and Trove Social. Samuel holds an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned in 2007.
