Jaylean Rodriguez

Jaylean Rodriguez has a diverse work experience that spans several different industries. Jaylean started their career in 2014 as a Retail Sales Associate at T-Mobile, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to Brooks Brothers as a Store Supervisor for a short period of time. Afterwards, they joined Corpus Christi Medical Center in 2019 as a Student Intern at The Heart Hospital. Jaylean then moved on to Corpus Christi Medical Center in 2021 as a Health Information Management Specialist. In 2022, they joined CHRISTUS Spohn Health System as a Human Resources Business Partner, and most recently, they have been working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC since 2023.

Jaylean Rodriguez completed their Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (BSHS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi between the years 2020 and 2022.
