Vang Nguyen

Vang Nguyen is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in case management and healthcare services. Currently serving as a Nurse Case Manager for Aging Adult Services at Stanford Health Care since May 2022, Vang has also held the position of Medical Case Manager at Regional Medical Center of San Jose since September 2016.
