Rachel Ridgeway, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rachel currently serves as the Human Resources and Payroll Director at Rehoboth Beach Country Club since March 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Human Resources Director for Merion Golf Club from July 2017 to February 2022, where they were responsible for payroll, benefits and 401k administration, HRIS reporting and maintenance, employee relations support, management training, recruiting, and onboarding. Rachel also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Purolite Corporation from September 2014 to July 2017.

Before their roles in the golf and chemical industries, Rachel held positions at Harrahs Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack, where they served as an Executive Administrative Assistant from January 2013 to April 2014 and an Employee Engagement Specialist from July 2012 to January 2013. Rachel also worked as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster at Independence Blue Cross from December 2011 to July 2012 and gained early HR experience as an intern at Gift of Life Donor Program from May 2011 to August 2011.

Rachel Ridgeway, SHRM-CP has an Associate of the Arts degree in Liberal Arts from New York University. Rachel also pursued Applied Human Resources at Villanova University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Widener University. Rachel obtained their SHRM-CP certification in February 2018 from SHRM Certification.
