Lisa Walters

Lisa Walters, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and animal training. Currently serving as an IRIS Consultant at Molina Healthcare/TMG since September 2021, Lisa assists seniors and adults with disabilities in achieving their long-term care goals. As the owner of The Peaceful Paw, LLC since 1995, Lisa has promoted humane and effective dog training methods. Additional roles include Director of Community Services at Forest Ridge Senior Communities, Family Ambassador at Silverado, and Director of Community Outreach at Home Helpers of Greater Milwaukee and Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County. Lisa holds an MBA from Alverno College and has completed specialized training in companion animal care.
