Position: Branch Manager / HR Director

Location: Thessaloniki Greece***Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

Reliable Controls services include electrical and instrumentation design packages, plant preoperational testing, commissioning and start-up and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager role is pivotal in setting up and managing our branch operations in Greece to include: Ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, developing essential HR processes, and managing payroll and working hours. The ideal candidate will also oversee the certification and compliance of our multidisciplinary technicians and manage expatriate integration. Duties include: 

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch in Greece, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align branch goals with overall company objectives.

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Branch Manager, HR Director, or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures in Greece.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
