What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition: You’ll play a crucial role in building our high-performing teams, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion our company culture and values. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR programs and processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+years proven experience in HR and recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
